Ballston Park Description
Ballston Park was built in 1995 and it has 137 units on 9 stories. The community is located at 1050 North Stuart Street and is made up of a high-rise part of the building that faces south toward Fairfax Drive, and a mid-rise part that faces north toward the more quiet 11th street. On the ground floor, an outdoor patio accompanies most units. Some residences even have two outdoor spaces but this is rare. Once you are off the first floor, wrap-around balconies are much more common.
The condos at Ballston Park offer spacious floor plans. Some have white on white kitchens with carpeting in the living space while others have been more recently upgraded. It will all really depend on what upgrades previous owners have made. The community is coming up on its 20th year anniversary so interiors will really vary on a case-by-case basis. There are a lot of original owners, a good amount of investment units that are being rented out, as well as a good amount of more recent condo owners.
