We often focus much of our attention on houses, townhouses, and condos for sale in Arlington which is why in today’s blog post we’re going to take a look at multi-unit houses for sale.

These are houses that accommodate two or more separate units within the household. According to MRIS, there are currently three multi-unit homes on the market right now. Some of the houses would be great for the next owner to live in one of the units, while the other unit(s) are rented out. While some of these homes would be great as strictly an investment property will all the units being rented out to tenants.

This three-unit home has an amazing location as it is situated in the Lyon Village neighborhood and is only one block to the Clarendon Metro. This is the first time the home has hit the market in over 40 years and arguably offers the best location of any type of property currently listed for sale in Arlington.

Multi-unit homes rarely come available for sale in Arlington. These types of properties can make for a great investment if purchased at a good price and managed properly.
