While the Nationals are gearing up for the season at Spring Training in balmy Viera, Florida, Nats’ first baseman (that’s weird to type) Ryan Zimmerman is hoping to take care of some business in Arlington first.
The 10-year veteran has listed his Bromptons at Clarendon townhouse for rent at $5,750 (map). The 3-bedroom, 2400 square foot home has been completely renovated and boasts features like a media room and a bar setup.
A personal favorite is the TV in the living room that can swivel around to double as a dining room TV. Just be careful when you extend your shoulder to rotate it.
The Face of the Franchise bought the four level, end-unit townhouse in 2007 for $965,000. The last home to sell at Bromptons at Clarendon was a slightly smaller home a few doors down and closed at $949,000 in November of 2014.
No townhouse has ever rented for more than $4,500 at The Bromptons. The townhouse does come furnished which is a major benefit for the very small amount of people that that perk caters to. Zim’s townhouse is the second priciest townhouse for rent on the Arlington market coming in just behind a townhome at Monument Place in Rosslyn.
